Precision Construction Ltd (PCL) is a New Zealand construction company with a strong track record delivering high-end architectural homes across Auckland, Mangawhai and Whangārei. Goodison Architecture is a boutique practice established in 2009 by Director Mark Goodison, with an extensive portfolio ranging from bespoke high-end homes and renovations to medium density residential developments. Working closely with clients to deliver tailored design solutions, balancing creativity and practical expertise. Goodison Architecture is assisting Precision Construction with the completion of the base build and through to interiors and practical completion.

Arcus Construction is a project management specialist with a track record of keeping complex builds on budget and on program, without losing sight of the relationships that make a project work. For 5K Golden Mile, Arcus Construction has been engaged to work alongside the client for the best outcome possible while delivering this world-class property.
Current status
Currently this project is 25% complete with the majority of site works and foundations in place. Construction expected to be finished in 2028.
